Cobra Rotors and Caliper Install



 


 

Rear End Swap

Rear end Swap from the Cobra as the rear end on the GT was making a lot of noise.

The process begins...


 
Removing the Quad Shocks
 
 
Removing the Rear Shocks

 
Upper Control Arms Removed 

 
Lower Control Arms and Springs disconnected

 
Rear Axle Removed

 


 
Swapped the Flow Masters from the GT with the Magna Flow Catbacks on the Cobra
 
 
Axle Installed on the GT. Just wrapping up the Cobra

Since the 97 Cobra is going back to the bank. 

Today I swapped:

  • Hood
  • Wing
  • Top Latch (replacing my broken one)
  • Visors (mine where junk)
  • Door Pulls
  • Cubby Insert under radio
  • Convertible Top Solenoid
  • FRPP Hood Pins
  • Tinted Third Brake light
  • Tinted Taillights
  • Spare tire
  • Jack
  • Trunk Trim Panels and Pins
  • Convertible Top Switch
  • Broken heater Vents.

Replaced bad Convertible Top Relay
 
 
Replaced worn out Visors

 

 
 
The Drivers side top latch was bent causing the top to pop open at freeway speeds. So swapped that out too.
